From September 11 to 14, 2024, the TRANSSIMED project meeting took place at the Faculty of Medicine in Skopje. We reviewed the project’s achievements and the implementation of training courses across all participating countries, including the “Train the Trainers” courses. Macedonian instructors conducted an exam for a new group of basic instructors, focusing on managing patients in anaphylactic shock. The candidates were successful, confirming their readiness for independent training. The meeting was deemed highly successful and was enriched by the experience of Macedonian culture.
