As part of the IX Conference of the Association of General Practice/Family Medicine South East Europe, the final conference of the Transsimed project will take place from June 5th to 8th, 2025, at Cankarjev dom in Ljubljana, Slovenia. During this event, participants involved in the project will showcase the outcomes and achievements through a variety of engaging activities and presentations. This conference aims to highlight the project’s impact on enhancing primary healthcare practices and fostering collaboration across the region.
