Presentation at the Conference in Šibenik, Croatia

On May 10th, 2025, a presentation was held as part of the Transsimed project at the conference in Šibenik, Croatia. The presentation, titled “Improving emergency preparedness in primary health care through simulation” was held during the XVIth Congress of the Coordination of Croatian family medicine that took place in Šibenik from 8th to 11st of May 2025.
The presentation showed benefits and utilities of simulation education at primary care level with an emphasis on debriefing. It presented the Transsimed and Simulation center in Zagreb’s results to participants and moderators. The conclusion was made that simulation education can be a well received method of education for primary healthcare teams, but a simulation center needs to be established for implementation of continuous simulation education.
