The aim of the workshop was to improve the performance of medical students in managing anaphylactic shock by following the latest protocol and improving the safety of patients with anaphylactic shock through a simulation method. During the workshop, the students went through several phases that complemented each other, starting with confirming their theoretical knowledge for the condition, clinical skills, prebriefing, and simulation with a standardized patient and debriefing. This was the first workshop in N. Macedonia with the simulation method, in which participants were medical students, and it was an extraordinary opportunity to promote the TRANSSIMED project. The satisfaction of the students exceeded the expectations of the instructors who conducted the workshop and opened new doors for the education of medical students through the simulation method and the planning of new activities related to it.
