On November 10, 2023, the first simulation workshop was held at the Education Center of the Department of Family Medicine in Skopje, conducted by new instructors from North Macedonia. The instructors adhered to high standards in simulation training, and the presented simulations were exceptionally realistic, fostering a climate of psychological safety.

Throughout the process, the instructors achieved the expected final results, confirming their success in implementing simulation methods into the educational process. The work of the instructors was evaluated by Uroš Zafošnik, the head of the SIM Center at CHC Ljubljana.

The assessment confirmed the high quality of the conducted workshop. The first successful implementation opens doors for further advancement of simulation approaches in medical education in North Macedonia.
