Kick-off meeting was held from 9-11th November 2022 at Community Health Centre Ljubljana (CHC Ljubljana) which is a leading partner at the project Transsimed. Attenders from institutions of partner countries Croatia and Republic of North Macedonia received all the information about the project timeline and content.
